1. Who we are
Senku is an independent studio that designs and builds software products. The first product is called Kaldo, a job management app for heating and cooling technicians, currently under development. To get in touch: info@senku.it.
2. Nature of this site
This site is informational: it presents the studio and the products we are working on. Its content can change without notice, not least because the products described here are still evolving.
3. Waitlist
Joining the Kaldo waitlist is free and does not constitute a contract, a purchase order or an obligation for either party. The commercial and contractual terms of Kaldo will be defined when the product launches. How we handle the data you provide when signing up is described in the privacy policy.
4. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos and trademarks on this site (including Senku and Kaldo) belong to Senku or to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the court designated by the applicable rules.
