Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Senku. For any request about your data you can write to us at info@senku.it.

2. What data we collect

This site collects only the data it needs, and only if you give it to us:

  • Kaldo waitlist: your email address and, if you want, your name. We use them to tell you when Kaldo is available and to give you early access.
  • Browsing data: aggregated, anonymous statistics through Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
  • Email: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence in order to reply.

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process waitlist data on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box when you sign up. Aggregated browsing statistics rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for any purpose other than the ones stated here, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Retention

We keep waitlist data until Kaldo launches or until you withdraw your consent, and in any case no longer than 24 months from signup. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@senku.it.

5. Where the data goes

We rely on providers acting as data processors:

  • Supabase — the database where waitlist signups are stored, hosted in the European Union.
  • Vercel — site hosting and aggregated statistics.

6. Your rights

Under articles 15–22 GDPR you can ask at any time to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict processing, to have it ported elsewhere, or you can object to processing and withdraw your consent. An email to info@senku.it is enough. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).

7. Changes to this policy

If we change anything substantial, we update this page and the date at the top. Previous versions stay available on request.
